  The room / bathroom are very clean. The staff at the lobby bar / cafe are efficient and friendly. It served a god choice of light and medium meals. I love the cakes! The breakfast is good. Staff at the front desk are excellent. The meeting room that we used was suitably located and quiet. If I have to return to Kiev, I will stay at the same hotel ... 别人怎么说 » again. Best wishes to the staff. - Sadly I can say its the worst 4 star hotel in kiev. Price for value is not exsiting. I told the front desk manager that I would never stay there again she didn't seems to care. I suggest pick another one unless u want weird suprizes. The apartment had everything we needed: very comfortable beds, nice and clean bathroom, kitchen corner equipped with all necesary things. There were even two TVs (one would be enough).
