  The hotel staff were fantastic. The hotel is very nice hotel. It is close to a beautiful park to take a night walk to. The continential breakfast is not bad. There are several dishes to choose from. The food was very good. All of the staff were very attentive to everything. They were very polite. Many of them spoke English very well. I plan to bo... 别人怎么说 » ok this hotel again on my next trip to Ukraine. There are great restraunts within a 5-10 minute walk. The food at the resteraunts was delicious. Many - I was well impressed with location (very central but quiet) of this hotel. Also, staff was very polite and helpful with bar open 24 hours which was helpful with Client meeting. The standards of this hotel about 4-star European hotel chain (Marriot, Hilton|). I will definitely recommend this hotel for someone to stay on short business trip.

  The best I found in Kharkov. Front desk girls speak English. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is sufficient. Man at the bar is “the best barman” I met… Food in restaurant is o.k.
