  The lady that met me at the hotel was extremely nice and she really helped with arranging good transportation to the hotel. She keeps the place very clear and is extremely down to earth. She also upgraded me to a better room since it was closer to the bathroom and no one was occupying it at the time.   The staff was super helpful. Located very close to Boryspol airport and they have a taxi that can be pre-arranged. They have a 24hr restaurant. They accept Euros and answer their emails promptly.
