  Staff was very accommodating (we arrived late!) and the supper was included and very good. (and served at a late time per our request) - Friendly staff. location of hotel. ease of Booking in and out. breakfast - Time and quality and quantity. Excellent !

  A very comfortable room, and comfortable bed. There was no outside noise. The breakfast was excellent, and is included in the room price. This is worth taking into account when comparing against other hotels, some of which might charge an extra £10 for breakfast. The restaurant and dining service are excellent. The staff where all very polite and freindly The breakfast was very good, nice and fresh for a buffet. Rooms are a good size, good bathroom, Black out curtains and a window overlooking a huge field insures a very good nights sleep. Price!!! My first choice if im ever in the area.

  The booking by letsbookhotel.com was incorrect when I arrived according to the receptionist! Apparently this is a common problem with your bookings? They recommended if using you again to check also direct with the hotel. You booked a single room I booked a triple family room! Thankfully they were able to resolve. - First impressions great, staff... 别人怎么说 » were very welcoming, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Just as impressive was the room, condition was immaculate and everything needed was provided. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

  My room was very comfortable and warm and the receptionist very friendly and welcoming. I was only there one night so can't comment on any other staff. Although the location was right on top of the busy M6 motorway I couldn't hear the traffic at all while in my room. - Good value.
