  Great hotel was in a great location for where we wanted to be. Good trAnsport links either bus or overground. Hotel has a pub underneath that is huge and full of character. Had to admit then I was worried it would be rough before we walked in, but the staff were lovely, very friendly and even met some of the locals who were great.   Very comfortable and still cheap hotel in London. This hotel is ideal for tourists who wants to visit London and uses hotel just for accomodation.   Maggie was very friendly and welcoming, and the place was spotlessly clean, with a nice atmosphere. There are great facilities if you are planning on staying for a few days - a lovely kitchen, washing machine, even a patio and barbecue. The kitchen had all the utilities you would require if maybe staying for a few days. Garden was lovely and table and chairs are covered by a canopy (perfect for smokers). I didn't hear any noise after 2230. I would definitely stay here again e
