  A very nice hotel where I enjoyed a comfortable single room which had everything I expected and particularly good lighting. Above all, I was given an extremely warm welcome by the member of staff who gave me my key, showed me to my room and ensured everything was to my satisfaction. The most impressive hotel employee I have encountered for ages!!! - The hotel was not fully booked and we were upgraded which was very nice. We didn't have a lot to do with the staff themselves apart from breakfast and meeting the cleaner in the hall but they were smartly presented and always courteous.

  A very warm reception from a very pleasant member of staff. My room had everything I need. It was clean and comfortable and well-designed. Breakfast was outstanding. Delicious food, served piping hot and in generous portions. Again, the member of staff who served me was helpful and polite. I will certainly stay here next time I am in Spalding. Goo... 别人怎么说 » d hotel, good staff, good food and all at a very rreasonable price. - Although the hotel were very busy engaged with a wedding party they were attentive and ensured that I was accommodated appropriately; allocating me a room away from the main dining room. I was provided with free room service and a breakfast pack as I was leaving before breakfast. The staff / service was excellent. I will be staying there again when on business.

The food was delicious and plenty of it too! Rose made us packed lunches and an evening meal which was great! Rose and Brian were excellent hosts - they really gave us a warm welcome and we felt like we were staying with friends! We will definitely stay there again, when we go back to that area.

  We stayed in Room 3, and, along with the others rooms, it had been beautifully refurbished. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and remembered us from our visit at the end of December, which was lovely. Will definitely stay there again when we visit our relatives. - Staff were excellent and very helpful .The room was beautifully laid out and the shower was a proper power shower. Good sized wall mounted tv with full free-view. The hotel is in a lovely quiet location and there is a nice riverside/fenland walk accessible right outside the door. Part of the room's equipment was an iron and ironing board, this is fantastic and other hotels should take note. I am very likely to go again when I want a quiet break.
