  Friendly welcome, not often nowadays do you get shown to your room. Excellent food; breakfasts and dinners. Room capacious and well maintained. A useful touch are the separate reading lights - too many hotels these days are quite gloomy in the rooms. Location is very good in attractive,and on our visit, snow covered countryside. We also enjoyed having dinner in the cozy dining room. Best of all were the gardens our room over looked. The wait staff were fun and professional.
