Set amongst 20 acres of land, Brookes Farm Boutique Guesthouse is situated in rural Wiltshire, 8 miles from Trowbridge. It is on a working farm and features stables, a vegetable garden and an outdoor BBQ and dining area. The bedrooms at Brookes Farm are all individually designed and feature hand-picked furniture. They offer views of the farm or the Wiltshire countryside and come equipped with Egyptian cotton bed linen, a TV a DVD player and most feature an en suite bathroom. Guest can enjoy the house’s large living room with log fire, library and self-service honesty bar, overlooking the garden and the village of Seend. The ground floor includes a formal dining room also with an open log fire and a farmhouse kitchen. The guesthouse focuses on providing organic food from local suppliers and their own farm, including eggs, sausage and bacon from the pigs and home-grown vegetables. Dinner is available on weekends, starting with apéritifs & canapés and followed by a 3-course meal. The farm is located less than 3 miles from Melksham Rail Station and only a 30-minute drive from the M4 Motorway. The vibrant city of Bristol is less than 30 miles away and the historic market town of Chippenham is 10 miles from the farm.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights when attending a wedding nearby and we absolutely loved it. This is the best B&B we have stayed in, everything is of superb quality, thoughtfully laid out and the location is beautiful. The owners are friendly and helpful, we stayed in the studio flat (which they kindly upgraded us to as it wasn't occupied) in an outbuilding and self catering but the house looked great too. As you might expect with such a great place it's a little more expensive than.

Very friendly and charming hosts who did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent with homegrown bacon, sausages and eggs and homemade bread. We also liked eating around the communal table as we chatted with a very nice couple who were also staying.
We got a warm and friendly welcome, Aaron and Marie-Ann were attentive throughout, the house was beatuifully decorated and spotlessly clean, the food was fabulous and I loved the fact that all the guests ate together so we got to know some lovely and interesting people. A really wonderful weekend.
Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. As we had the self-catering suite they provided us with some delicious homemade bread, granola, jam and their own farm produced eggs and possibly the milk, as well, as it was very rich. The area is beautiful and we really enjoyed the scenery.
Really nice setting a stone´s throw away from Bath. Arron and Marie-Ann´s hospitality was remarkable, we felt very welcome and wish we had had more time to indulge ourselves in that gorgeous bathtub... Very interesting collection of DVDs and books at your disposition.
The rooms are stylish and cosy. The breakfast is all home produce and delicious. We had such a relaxing time om the neat little farm in lovely surroundings. The hosts are great and put a lot of effort in to making your stay as pleasant as possible.
We were pampered. From the comfortable beds and rooms, to the delicious breakfasts each morning, to the beautiful surroundings, Brookes Farm was wonderful. Short drive to Bath, the Cotswolds, cathedrals, Stonehenge, historic locales.
Everything was outstanding beyond expectations. Sumptuous luxury beyond words. Highly recomended and look forward to the priveledge of returning for a further stay sometime soon.
Everything. It was a fabulous experience and we hated leaving. The food was gourmet. The atmosphere was completely relaxed. It felt like visiting friends who you actually liked.

My Husband thought the bed was too soft (I had no complaint of this).
We missed having tea making facilities in our bedroom.
No tea making in room No keys to room.
It did not represent good value for money - grossly overpriced. The owners will not stay in business if they do not improve their professionalism. Running a business with a toddler demanding attention is not ideal !.
Small, badly designed, poorly equipped, the sensor lights going on and off all night, one roll of toilet paper, no tissues, no kitchen roll, no coffee....I could go on.
