The lovely room and friendliness of all the staff. I would especially like to mention Dani in reception and Thierry, the restaurant assistant manager, who were exceptional people. Please thank them both. Clean, modern, happy friendly staff,excellent choice of facilities.The hotel is lovely but the spa facility is spectacular,loved it. The stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Immediate proximity to central St Helier and waterfront. Courtesy minibus to airport.The terrace bar was excellent. A great place to sit in the sun with a bottle of wine. the confortable bed ... and the breakfast very good...Room was really impressive. location. The whole experience, this hotel had a real buzz about it. Friendly staff, great facilities, a vibrant place to be. Location and quality. Ideal location in the centre of town. Excellent restaurant. Pleasantdecor. Good to have 'turn down' facility in the evening. Cleanliness. food was very good. the staff are all very friendly. very modern and clean, generally of good quality throughout, staff were very helpful, although we didnt find the grill bar particularly welcoming or practical for eating (so didnt, although had been looking forward to a good steak!). Room was small for 2 people staying for a weekend.Very good breakfast. Good choice of restaurants. Staff sufficiently attentive. Good location. style of rooms. The bath needs safety rails as there is no means to help yourself out of the bath. I have recently had 2 knee replacements so there was no way I would dare use the bath as I couldn't get out of it. Nothing that springs to mind, all very good.the only suggestion would be a clock in the swimming pool area. Room windows could have done with a voile screen to allow light in to room when undressing and dressing. The room we were first allocated was noisy as it overlooked the night club entrance, we swapped the following day with no problems. The drift bar was depressingly gloomy.....maybe better when alive with a crowd. Burger shop opposite one side of hotel was noisy late at night withrowdy drunks congregating. Worth hotel attempting to ask relevantauthorities if the burger shop could close at midnight or before. need much better coffee in the rooms, forget fair trade try quality. not baby friendly. size of room.size of rooms.
