  When we arrived at the hotel we were greated at reception by happy friendly staff. The quality and presentation of the hotel was outstanding. My husband and I only stayed for one night but it was a very pleaurable stay in a beautiful clean and spacious room. Breakfast was very nice and certainly set us up for a good start to the day. The bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely and powerful. The bed was massive!!! The bedding was clean and fresh.

  I came from USA for the Service of Blessing in St. Mary's. I just loved the whole of the Ickworth estate. It was great to be able to see the work done on the church and graveyard and be able to see where my family are buried. See the monument and where monument cottage stood. It was really comfortable. There was a DVD called "Whatever happened to Dunwich" that was entertaining! The meal at night and breakfast was fabulous...and "Mine host" was helpful and friendly....Plenty of free parking and the beach 2 mins away...I'm sure we will stay again
