  Beautiful property with high end modern décor. We were made to feel very welcome and cannot fault this accommodation or the lovely breakfast with superb views. Only a few minutes to Edinburgh yet this luxury B&B was a quiet country retreat from the city bustle. Good location as Edinburgh's Grouse House is situated in walking distance to all the attractions but far enough from them to easily find free parking. I went on a day tour that set off early in the morning and John (the owner) gladly served breakfast earlier than usual for me, so that was great hospitality. The parking is very convenient with a connecting lift (once you have the key) although it is quite expensive. We ate at both restaurants downstairs and really enjoyed them. The room was not huge, but it was very nice, clean, and had a large bathroom with a large walk in shower. The airport shuttle is right across the street and there are always taxis waiting outside.
