  Staying at this guest house was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Firstly we received such a lovely warm welcome from Jacquie and were given a tour of the house and a bit about its history. We felt very at home with them and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely well equiped room and such a lovely cooked breakfast if required.   The Glen is a very comfortable hotel, well located in a decent sized village with all amenities Staff were very welcoming, pleasant and helpful and made our short break very enjoyable. Both the rooms and the public areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The rooms are a good size with all the facilities you need and very comf... 别人怎么说 » ortable beds. The seating with coffee table plus a large screen, multi channel tv is also useful if you are not inclined to sit in a bar all evening. - Second time visit. Food is still beautiful and is washed down by good quality cask ales. Rooms are basic but contain everything you need. If I'm beating picky the bathrooms could do with a refurb but there still serviceable. The beds are MASSIVE and comfy with proper down quilts and pillows. Breakfast was substantial with plenty of choice! Great location for our over night stay onwards to the north coast or for people wanting to explore the highlands.

  Absolutely best B&B we had on our Scotland-sightseeing tour(our of 7 hotels we stayed in)- in fact, the best I've ever had before! The house is lovely, cosy: we felt "at home" from the very first moment; The owners are a very nice couple and great hosts: eveything around bears very personal, friendly and home-like touch.   The room was really nicely decorated, the double bed was huge&comfy. Our hostess was very lovely and she served us a wonderful full Scottish breakfast. I really loved here, would definitely recommend staying. - we found the owner of The Eagleview very pleasant and welcoming.
