  So close to the ferry and a really kind and welcoming hostess. We were running from Paris to London for charity and we couldn't have been better looked after, even ice packs for the runner's legs!   Excellent welcome, spotlessly clean, superb facilities, huge and wonderful super King size bed with lovely bedlinen - if you don't sleep well on this bed you need help! - and a breakfast fit for a king with a wonderful selection of cheese, fruit, charcuterie, little samosa type savouries, egg, breads and good coffee a feast and so good for anyone ... 别人怎么说 » diabetic as lots of food 'sans sucre' ie sugar free - Really well kept, clean, good facilities and great variety for breakfast. Plenty of parking and the hostess was really lovely and helpful. A good base to explore the south downs. Also good as a stop over if you are getting the ferry or have just arrived by ferry.

  I greatly appreciated the staff finding us a room with a spare bed in it (in case we had difficulties sleeping in the one double bed). I also greatly appreciated their agreeing to look after our luggage for the afternoon after we had checked out but before we wanted to leave Newhaven itself. - The hotel was fantastic it was immaculate , warm and... 别人怎么说 » very well equipped the staff were friendly and knowledgable .   We liked in particular the location. It is located very close to the train station which then gives you easy access to Brighton and surrounding towns.
