All the staff we met were very friendly and happy to be there for us. The hotel looks very nice, very clean and to have the chance to go for a swim or to sauna, always helps after a long day. They set a very high standard.We will be definitely returning if we are in Milton Keynes again.Well done!!. From the first time we arrived at the hotel, all the staff was very helpful. One member of the Staff went out of their way to find me the bus timetable to Milton Keynes. The chamber maid even tell me about a shopping area within walking distance from the hotel.
所有评语 » It was verry convenient for the Open University. The price was excellent and as a frequent visitor to the OU would welcome such offers more frequently. The staff were friendly and helpful and the accommodation was comfortable. Very comfortable and clean room and fairly well equiped. Everything was lovely cant fault anything, the staff, food, facilities and comfort was brilliant was our third stay and we always try to book this hotel if there is availability. No sheet on bed Other residents were noisy on way back to their rooms, laughing, shouting, running, on phones. Walls quite thin so could hear next door's extractor fan which they left on most of the night - or so it felt tv did not tune to all regular stations ie bbc2. It is a bit far from the train station but taxi was £6-£10. The rooms are looking tired. A bit difficult to find, couldn't see signs for the accommodation anywhere. loads of people on training courses, felt bit like a self-help group campuss i suppose.. loads of little groups of people talking about training... (or programming.. if you want to be more accurate.) Being programmed how to behave in every situation - Training! what is all that about?? multi-million pound industry and is it really necessary>???. I had to book a non-refundable stay and for a while it seemed my visit would be moved forward by a day. So I would have preferred a flexible booking where I could vary the arrival date (if available) without losing my prepayment. Couple of niggles - the latch on my window (room L151) was broken and when I first arrived my biscuit packet was open and half a biscuit had been eaten!. Location hard to find at night if one is without a navigation system apart this detail, it's a perfect address for any business trip Milton Keynes is only a business city, not a destination for holiday travellers. I wanted to tip bar staff. They said they weren't allowed. This was such a shame for such hard working staff-they should be rewarded. Nothing. TV in room could do with updating. the TV did not allow you to change the controls, so the picture was set too dark.... could not watch some tv shows... no issues. Rooms small but it's a budget hotel. The noise at night because there was a training contingent on the last two nights that were very noisy. Broken window in hotel room No soap in bathroom dispensers. The rooms were quite dated but still very acceptable considering the price. Serves a purpose as a conference centre, wouldn't really recommend for leisure purposes. Very noisy at night time, kept being woken up by people talking in the corridors. Beds were a little uncomfortable. The food. Very poor. nothing. Can be noisy in the corridors as they tend to echo. We had a 3 year old child and she wasn't allowed to use to the swimming pool. We had a long journey from Wales and did not know the area and there was no room service available for snacks and food in the evening. My tea cup in the room was left dirty and not usable, there was a smell of vomit in the bathroom, not strong but detectable, I did try and give surfaces a wipe down but to no avail. I dont have a strong sense of smell so it didn't spoil my stay. finding rooms. Not close to amenities. No ironing facilities in the room. the bed, the noise in the corridor and neighbouring rooms and the small tv. Uni dorm room style accommodation. It's a former BT training centre, so it's fairly functional. To be fair, I arrived, I got ready, I went out, I came back, I slept, I checked out. It was the weekend of the Moto GP so awoken early by guests departing for Silverstone.
