I had a deluxe bedroom & bathroom which was a little tight on size; however, not enough to prevent me returning or recommending. Steep approach steps that could be difficult for some people.

The hotel charges discretionary tips on your invoice without asking. Writing to them about this subject they replied "I am afraid there were no mistakes, the £13.35 and £2.88 are discretionary service charge for accommodation and restaurant charges , these are tips that we receive at the end of the month as a bonus. But it is discretionary and if you would like we can refund in the same credit card you given us for pay the final bill and we are very happy if you had a nice stay."

We stayed at Ten Manchester Street on our wedding night, and without requesting this, they upgraded us to a Junior Suite. It was absolutely beautiful and made our day even more special.

Unfortunately they were unable to get our safe to work during our four night stay but otherwise were very friendly and helpful.
We loved our stay at this hotel. All staff were very cheerful, helpful and efficient. We also particularly liked that we were able to book, in advance, for a late check out. Being able to shower just before checking out at 5pm made our 10pm departure flight much more comfortable.
Very nice furnishings, bed was comfortable, shower good pressure and all worked in the room.The staff were always friendly, smiled and helped with the front door where they could.
The elevator was broken for the first 3 days of our trip (staying in the 5th floor), the staff spelt my name wrong on the voucher for a discount at their restaurant (spelt my first name "Bread" and my last name incorrectly as well) whilst spelling it fine on the bill etc.

A manual in room with all the facilities and how to use them would be useful. I did not know when breakfast started or how to use the shower or TV easily.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. waiting staff in the restaurant were knowledgeable and attentive. The food was exquisite, first class.

My son and I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff is the nicest and most helpful team I have ever seen. They truly care about their guests and will go out of their way to do anything that is needed. They are very friendly and wonderful. I will never stay in another hotel. Loved it!
The cigar bar can not be accessed for smoking after 10pm. You return to the hotel from dinner and would like to smoke which can not be accessed.

Beautifully comfortable beds & pillows. Lovely products in bathroom and quality toilet paper. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very well presented, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Hotel was so close to Oxford Street with a range of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
More tea bags but I do drink a lot of tea.

Mix up about room cleaning - came back at 4pm to find room still not cleaned. Not good but were given free coffee and room cleaned immediately on report. Seems it was just a communication problem though.

We could not believe the value for money this hotel represented. It is very conveniently located near Marylebone High Street. It is immaculately decorated and clean. The rooms are quiet and are beautifully designed. The staff are absolutely lovely and courteous. It really does live up to the description of a "boutique hotel"

The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it. The room was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed being able to pop outside into the courtyard. The people couldn't possibly have been nicer and made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door. These personal touches make all the difference, particularly in London (where you don't often get that). Location second to none.
Service was excellent. Wonderfully located within 5 minutes walk fom Oxford Street, yet very quiet in a residential street. We went for our two year wedding anniversary and they upgraded our room to one with a small courtyard where we could sit outside and enjoy the lovely complimentary Chablis and chocolates they gave us to celebrate our anniversary. Highly recommended.

Being put in basement room with no view and little natural light. Bedroom illuminated at night by hotel floodlights, making sleeping difficult. Being woken at 7am on a Sunday morning by the rubbish elevator next to our window. The ill-fitting shower door flooded the bathroom floor. The final cost of breakfast was far more than advertised with a 'discretionary' service charge for which we had not agreed of 25%
The rooms were both lovely but the best thng about the hotel was the staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they were superb and the atmosphere was great.

everything about the hotel, the location, room size, the beds (soo comfy!). the staff however are the best thing about the hotel. Friendly, efficient, helpful and personal. we were treat like old friends or regular customers. They made my boyfriends birthday very special.
