Very good location. Only a few minutes walk to the tube station and to Victoria coach station. Nice clean room, friendly staff, good quality breakfast and excellent value for money. Would absolutely recommend. A very enjoyable, relaxing stay. To all international travellers to London - You won't get any better than this hotel for the money and location. Only a 20 minute walk to Buckingham Palace.
所有评语 » it was very quiet.comfort and cleanliness. it was quiet at the hotel and it was away for the main road which made it easier to sleep. The staff was very friendly. The ensuite room was fine but I was put in a basic room for the first night. They did compensate me adequately on price though. The hotel is in a great location - easy access to most of London and it was quiet at night.Hotel was very conveniently situated a few minutes walk from Victoria underground/station and bus station and yet was in a quiet position away from the hustle and bustle. I liked the location and that it was in a nice area of town, very convenient to get around. The room was very cramped, which was unexpected but it was alright.Comfortable beds - 24 hour access - good check-in staff. Breakfast . Location. Excellent location, 100 meters from Victoria Coach Station, nice quiet street; friendly staff; free wireless internet, good heating; good value for the money. Very close to city centre and bus stops, shops and sightseeing spots. . the proximity to Victoria Station. convenience of location. receptionist very helpfull, with directions,friendly and welcoming.location of hotel for all amenities. To be fair, the hotel was much as I expected - very basic. But it was very close to Victoria Station - and the staff were pleasant enough - though not exactly the "family run" atmosphere advertised.The fact that it was in a central point of London and had easy access to the underground and means of mass transportation. thr hotel is very close to victoria station. Good breakfast, easily accessible. Location. I stayed there several times,but only this time I was asked to pay on my arrival!. The cleaning lady kicked us out at 10:15 in the morning when we had been informed (both online and at check-in) that we did not have to check out of our room until 11. The other staff was fine, but the cleaning lady was quite rude.surly breakfast service with broken yogurt pots and dirty jam/marmalade pots clearly rarely emptied and washed. Coffee was awful. Did not really want to eat anything there. Bathroom maintenance. Very tiny rooms and no lift. very small room, very small bathroom, no fridge, no minibar. Bathroom needed a bit of maintenance, no sink plug, and no shelve in shower. The room isn't soundproof and kind of annoying to hear chat of nextdoor.Bed coves have stains, the bathroom was relly very tiny, but clean. very small room. dining room too small people all came at once, some people had to stand and wait for 15 mins. hotel could do with a lift however they do mention they dont have one on their website.No lift and not communicated at time of booking. For breakfast I was ushered to a ready-made-up table and told to sit with a family of 3 or else 2 single gents - even though the hotel was not busy and there was a free table. I did not like that.The hotel was appauling in terms of hygiene! The staff was not friendly and when i decided to leave the room one day earlier they demanded that i pay for the full stay.In addition the day before my arrival i emailed them to let them know what time i am cheking in but i never received a reply. Hygiene, cleaner rooms and bathrooms. Small dirty rooms, crowded breakfast area, poor facilities. The hotel wasn't very clean and comfy. The room is small and the heating system of the shower is infrequent and low. Too late to check in and too early to check out. Breakfast is terrible.
