I loved the location, really central London. I was happy that the room provided a bed, a desk, and in the halls there was a kitchen with microwave, so it was possible to save money on a study trip to London. Very convenient for the British Library. Also Breakfast was included and there was lots of it.
i was there to do my dissertation, the location is right beside russell square station, nearby UCL and British museum. Many restaurants and super markets beside the hall. Very good breakfast, a garden is in front of the hall. The place is safe and the room is clean.所有 评语 »
A nice modest place for nice modest people. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. In the room you can find everything necessary (even a little kettle!), and the common bathroom was very clean. The location is great but don't forget your ear-plugs))).
Very good location - 2 minutes to underground station, 3 km to city center. Very close to British Museum!
Breakfast is also very good - didn't expect this! Good variety of hot dishes, tasty backery, a lot of fruits.

The decor is cheap - and the rooms are not dirty but very well used - it was ok - not a real problem - but there are details that could be improved.
so much noise cause the room is towards the street.
The side facing the street is really noisy, especially on the underground floor. The wi-fi worked with problems and only in the common area.

Shower is not comfortable - you need to undress in common area and leave clothers there and only then proceed to shower cabin.

I had to wait for my room a bit, because it was not cleaned up til the check-in time.
rooms were too small and no proper temperature control. no area to microwave stuff or fridge to store perishable items. if you can increase the number of times you serve meals and extend the time for serving same cos i missed mine on day one of my stay there(which i didnt find funny after a long overseas journey).
Toilet & shower facilities were a long way from the room.
It was difficult to find my room due to the long labyrinths of corridors, there could be more signs, however the staff kindly helped me.
I couldn't get any information on restaurant opening hours so was disappointed to find, on my arrival at 8pm, that it closed at 7pm. It would also be useful to provide more information, eg kettle in room.

The Hall office took a long time to get back to letsbookhotel.com to get back
to me on whether I could add a night, so I ended up booking a 3rd night
elsewhere. I had truly wanted to stay a 3rd night. By the time they got
back to me, it was too late as I had other plans.
If you know you are going to live in a unversity accommodation, you won't be disappointed then.

Looked like a prison, almost. Finding your room it's not easy, it's a maze inside.
i didn t like the hotel s checkout time too early. hopefully it could be at least 12 noon. besides, should have a storage room for some travelers who have temporary need to put their luggage away.

Bed and breakfast booking but no breakfast available at the weekend.
Cleaner entering the room while still inside (and asleep!), check out
time too early (should be at 11:00), breakfast times too early (should
be until 10:00), rooms facing road are quite noisy (it was as if the
window was always open).
I had booked with breakfast included in the price but on Sunday there is no breakfast they serve bruch from 11am which is too late. I e-mailed to complain but 48hrs later I still have not had a reply.
Too long labyrinths of corridors, and very hot, there was no sign on the walls.
