Location was good and hotel was not too big. Our room was cosy and equipped with everything we needed. The continental buffet breakfast and the 24hour coffee/tea facilities available in the lobby were excellent. Centrally located and close to Victoria Station. Easy access to underground and tourist locations. Very clean, nice shower, very good breakfast, more than just rolls.The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a couple of special requirements and they were only too happy to help.

Breakfast had a great choice and the tea making facilities were appreciated. The position of the hotel within London. The staff were excellent, they were helpful and friendly all the time.Polite friendly staff, very relaxed atmosphere and the Hotel was clean and remarkably quiet given the area. Only 19 minutes walk from Chelsea Flower Show and near to Victoria underground. Great shower pressure. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and it made me feel more comfortable - hence the name!. it was very nice people there and near by victoria station. nice pub near by and very quite.great value, would come back and recommend you to other travellers. friendly staff and the fact it was so central to everything. cozy, tidy room - being very close to victoria bus station. his position, the staff of the hotel was very friendly. No air conditioning but to be expected in ENgland.a bit noisy due to the train staion nearby. But no traffic noise. No boiled eggs for breakfast!. I have no complaints. only problem was a queue for toast at breakfast as toaster was only toasting one side of bread so had to be done twice. On last day of our stay it was replaced by a two slice toaster so the queue was no better. As a light sleeper,the train woke me up. too close to railway station. Only the size of the bed... The length and the width of the bed was not satisfying as we got accustomed to the sizes in Europe. But I guess, it is all like this for the beds in the U.K. No air-conditioning in a small room with only a small window. We found it slightly claustrophobic.Breakfast was very poor. Traveling to England you have to enjoy an english breakfast not slices of bread and jam only. Good thing was that there was coffee and tea 24/7 at lobby of hotel. Some noise from underground however this was not so bad with the windows closed.- We had a room on the lower ground level and noise from the subway was very loud and rattled through the room every ten minutes or so. The breakfast room was very crowded with lack of seating. Breakfast Room a bit crowded at the door.Breakfast could have a wider selection,. No, this hotel and staff were terrific.room small but expected that in London. the drain in the bathroom smelt a bit.Noisy. the room was in the last floor and we had to cary our luggage 1 floor because the lift is only until 3rd floor. small television. A little noisy from railway line. Next to railway line. Could do with triple glazing / sound proofing. they do not have food or restaurant in the place.would have liked a designated dining area rather than the Hotel foyer. Poor breakfast and small rooms.The location of my room on the ground floor near a couple of mini staircases, meant that it was incredibly noisy in the morning with families running aournd and lugging luggage up and down. The fan in my bathroom went on all night and not just 10 mins after the light was on, and when i asked how to turn it off the staff were not helpful. Breakfast wasn't great.
