  I liked the staff there and the best was the man. He was service-minded and spoke with me much. He was very patient. I was happy about the location near to the river and the many bridges.   Firstly, the personal very friendly and ready to help you. Thats a big plus. And location is great also. It was very convinient to get there. - Really clean place, welcoming staff. People are respectful when they come back late in the night (no noise).

  Mo colleague and I stayed here to see a gig at Wembley. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was clean and tidy. Despite what had been said neither of us had to queue for showers or toilets.   I stayed here for three weeks whilst in between flats and it was a god send! Some nights are under £10, and considering that includes breakfast it's indisputably great value. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and more than happy to help. The rooms are kept clean as well as the bathrooms on a daily basis. I was happy that the room provided a bed, a desk, and in the halls there was a kitchen with microwave, so it was possible to save money on a study trip to London. Very convenient for the British Library.
