  Friendly and helpful staff checked us in early to accommodate for our jet lagged one year old. Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport. The rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful with directions and booking a taxi for our trip to the airport. We had 2 triple rooms on the 10th floor with our daughters

  The location was ideal, just a short walk to lambeth north and straight onto bakerloo line. You could get to the london eye in about 12 minutes. I was booked into a 15 bed dorm but was put in a 6 bed female so that was a bonus as a single traveller staying for 4 nts. Breakfast was ok, limited items, ceral and bread for taosting. If you wernt quivk - I liked all, all the Hostel was perfect, the staff were pleasant and they resolved all my doubts, and all, because i had a small problem with the plug and they were very attent to give me a solution. The ubication of the hostel is perfect, only 10 or 15 min to Weistminster, and very close from the Lambeth North underground. The hostel was absolutly clean and is a very good place to meet people from different countries. I recommend this hostel, is very nice

  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch.   Location is excellent - walking distance from 2 tube stations - Waterloo and Westminster.
