The decor and the ambience are fabulous, the whole concept is fantastic, the rooms, the gorgeous indulgent restaurant, the cosiness and opulence of the cocktail bar, but the most fantastic idea I have not come across before; the pantry! Kitted out with lovely units, perfectly located to the bedrooms and the cake makes a welcome treat.

Fantastic hotel, art deco/contemporary design but with Victorian London architecture. The bar and restaurant remind me of boutique Miami locations.
Excellent location for Kings Cross/St Pancres & easy hop to the West End.
Great cocktails, nice ambience in the bar and the restaurant was more like a dining room, with initmate feel, great food and excellent service.
Rooms are not huge and but comfortable and very well furnished.
Great hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. The hotel itself is the star of the show...beautiful restoration.....it is like walking around a film set! Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! Great ambience and relaxing area to sit/eat...also lovely selection of food to choose from.

The apartment was clean and warm, considering that it was one of the coldest weekends of the year. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was fresh and crisp! Exceptional quality, Comfortable and Clean. Close to tube 2-3 minutes. Staff very accommodating and provided extra bedding to make use of the extra large sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. Can opener, wine opener, set of 5 high quality knives, induction hob,good quality crockery and cutlery. Atleast 5 taverns/pubs and coffee,snack bars within a minutes walk.
