This is the second time we have stayed at The Sanctuary House and was again fantastic, if not better. Fantastic location. Doesn't need to be self catering though, so much to do close by I only spent 4 hours in hotel. Day staff were very accommodating. Huge room in an amazing location - not even a block from Trafalgur square! Everything close by and easily accessible. Laundry facility was available too and the beds were very comfortable. Probably the best value you could get in such an amazing location - we liked to get the metro out somewhere then walk back (for example we got the metro to Kings Cross station then walked back and did sight-seeing on the way).

Although we booked 33 Villiers apartments the week before there was a ploblem with the apartment. Immediately the company Lifestyle informed us and offered another apartment at Meridian House which was an upgrade. I cannot fault the service they gave, the apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location excellent. It was a birthday treat for my wife and with a couple of friends had a great time. Thanks. Geoff.
