  The Guest House was all (and more) than I expected within my budget - The reception was EXTREMELY friendly - The room was clean, well provided for (Tea, Coffee, ETC were free!!!!) - There was a great range of breakfast on offer - Served to the room!!! - no waiting in line in a dingy "dining room!!!!!" -at a time of my choice (within reason!!!!"-Th... 别人怎么说 » e manager (Bea) made it clear that if there was anything I needed, or any questions that I had then all I had to do was ask!!! All in All A VERY UNFOR - Very kind and friendly personnel and a fantastic English breakfast delivered to your room every morning.   The location of this B&B is exclusive as it is a few steps away from Holland Park tube station while there's a nice footpath right next to the hotel that takes you straight to Holland Park. And the place is on a primary spot on Holland park avenue right in the middle between Notting Hill Gate and Shepard's Bush. I paid a little extra and stayed on the top floor which is newly refurbished and is much - The people are extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms on the 3rd floor - superior singles - really were superior and great value. I would certainly stay there again. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

  We (group of 6) arrived late on the night we stayed after a hard day's work. After checking in easily we used the hotel lounge to unwind with drinks we'd brought into the hotel. The management were happy to let us do this, and just asked us to turn the lights out when we finally went to bed!
