  The location of this B&B is exclusive as it is a few steps away from Holland Park tube station while there's a nice footpath right next to the hotel that takes you straight to Holland Park. And the place is on a primary spot on Holland park avenue right in the middle between Notting Hill Gate and Shepard's Bush. I paid a little extra and stayed on the top floor which is newly refurbished and is much - The people are extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms on the 3rd floor - superior singles - really were superior and great value. I would certainly stay there again. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.
