  When I arrived there was no soap in room and when I told the guy on reception he brought some up immediately. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet (as it overlooked the garden at the back). - The room, shower and toilet facilities were a good size for a single room and the room was bright and sunny.

  We arrived early and very wet and was allowed to use the room to change into dry clothes even though the room had not been changed from previous occupants. Went to local pub for an hour then came back and checked in . Room was clean, bed changed and clean and fresh towels, soap and shampoo was provided. We were two blokes in a room with 1 single and 1 double down for a gig at Hammersmith, this hotel was perfect for this. Wo - The room we stayed was spacious. The staff were accomodating even when our booking confirmation was misplaced. All staff are friendly there. Budget friendly Hotel. A short walk away from Westfield Shepherd's Bush/ tube.
