We actually booked a small double room from Mon-Fri and when we arrived we found they had actually upgraded us to a bigger room with no extra charge! :)

Everything. The location was just off the sea front within easy reach of the attractions and tram stop. The en-suite (shower, no bath) was clean, tidy with tea/coffee, TV and comfortable bed. Hair dryer, bathrobes basic toiletries etc were all provided, Breakfast was at a sensible time, and excellent. Full English meant that - plus a Scottish touch of a little haggis if you wanted it! The friendly, efficient service of the proprietor and staff and the cleanliness of everything we encountered. We also liked the interior design and the furnishings. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice on offer.The restaurant which was recommended at our request and where a table was booked for us at short notice on a busy Saturday teatime fitted the bill exactly.

This was a small boutique hotel with only 14 rooms. The room was beautifully decorated and all our needs catered for, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the Chef stayed late to ensure we had a meal on our late arrival. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Blackpool. -
