  The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms was 10/10 very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and no loud disturbances.   It was easy to find.The proprietress and staff were very warm and welcoming. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent (both carnivore and vegetarian). It lived up to a 4* B&B rating.
