Ursula was the friendliest and most helpful owner you will ever come across and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were immaculate and pure luxury.   We liked the location of the hotel. It was easily accessible from the tram and close to shops and other amenities. Even though they were in the middle of renovation, we were given a ground floor room, and not inconvenienced. - Been to this hotel before, and will definatley use again.
