  That the staff were able to keep our bags whilst our room was getting prepared as we arrived early before check in. This allowed us to arrive at the hotel at evening after our wedding knowing our belongings were safe in our room without the need for us to collect. The staff were extremely helpful and made it clear that nothing was too much trouble and to contact reception about any concerns. Very good value for money.
