  Location and see view, spacious room, comfy bed, decent shower, good welcome, and tea/coffee in the room. There were lots of leaflets in the room. The wireless worked well. There were some basic toiletries (shower gel and shampoo attached to the wall) in case you forget your own. The room also had a fridge, which was a bonus.   Couldn't ask for more. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. En suite shower was superb. Breakfast was outstanding. Owners were welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The bathroom is lovely too, with the best shower ever!! Breakfast, very tastey, would defiantly recommend the kippers, very tastey!   The owner/manager was very kind and courteous. I felt safe there as well as comfortable. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in his establishment.
