  The disabled room was for my 88 year old mother and the design was very good. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, especially Karen and Lorraine. My mother was cold during the night and could not work out the heating. Hence she didn't sleep very well.   I thought our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and polite. The breakfast menu had plenty of choice and what we had was very good. The bed was one of the comfiest we've had the pleasure of sleeping in during our travels. Can't recommend Park Lodge highly enough to you!
