We loved the stylishly served breakfast in the room overlooking the park. The hotel is quirky and charming and we enjoyed admiring the decor and the artworks. Great location & very convenient for the West End - we could not find fault with it.

I liked the fact that you were served your breakfast in your room which was to a high standard. The staff were extemely helpful and polite and it was very peaceful.
Lovely place to stay in one of the most pleasant parts of the city. It's only a 15 minute walk from the hectic centre of Glasgow and we had such a warm welcome!.

The location and setting of the hotel is first class.

The full bed was uncomfortable. The towel rack looked like it would
break I was afraid I would break it getting out of the shower.

Breakfast did not include any first course eg of cereal, yoghurt or fruit.The aquamarine bathroom suite was clean but old. No shower gel was provided, just a small bar of soap and one small shampoo container which did not appear to be new.
The bedroom and ensuite bathroom were adequate, but nothing more.
