the location was great, up on the hill above the St Austell bay and cliff tops, the view in the morning sunshine was as breathtaking as I had remembered. Staff were friendly from the minute we arrived, nothing too much
trouble. Our room was missed for servicing the second day. Receptionist
couldn't have been more apologetic and dealt with it straight away,
even though she was busy dealing with new arrivals, and working alone.
We would recommend this hotel to others and would definately return if
visiting Cornwall again. Well Done! St Austell Premier Inn. Only thing
that let the location down was the restaurant next door...... Not good,
