We could not fault the friendliness of the staff or the facilities provided. Nothing was too much trouble and being able to have unlimited drinks (tea /coffee) in the room instead of the odd couple of sachets usually provided was really appriciated as was the fresh milk. We were truely welcomed and the meals lovely and value for money. If all Premier Inns are of the same standard we will be recommending and using them again. We are grateful to uor son for suggesting this as a meeting place, loo.
所有评语 » Good stop-over hotel not far from the motorway. Large comfortable bedroom with meals taken at adjoining restaurant. Meal deals on offer in the evening and excellent breakfast with good choice. Very friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. Overall excellent value for money. A well organised premier inn with the standard that premier inn customers are accustom to. Very friendly staff in both the hotel and the table table restaurant across the parking space (breakfast is served there) Breakfast was also plentiful and really good. We needed a simple, clean, family room to spend one night after a long, happy day of wedding celebrations. Our room was very economical, with all we needed & the option of adding breakfast at the pub next door. All the staff were helpful & friendly. karen at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. the staff at the restaurant were exactly the same in the face of extra unexpected customers due to a nearby power cut affecting neighbouring premier inns. We were very satisfied with all aspects of our stay. All the staff were friendly annd very helpful and the hotel was very clean. location was good for enntering thhe motorway again. Location close to the motorway is excellent. The lady on receiption was first class, ver friendly and informative. Room and bathroom was clean and functional. Staff was very friendly and kind. Good Location. everything was up to the standard i would expect. your questionnaire does no include overnighting on journey, which was our reason for usingit. It was on the motorway on the way to Scotland so basically it was convenient, and the restaurant was pretty good. The room I had with my daughter was good. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Nice newly updated rooms. Nothing. nothing to dislike. Its a shame you have to wander across a car park to get breakfast in the morning - fine if its a sunny morning, but not so good when its below freezing outside. There was nothing we didn't like. Thank you very much for being our first stop in our trip through Scotland. Had a disabled room, all the grab rails in the bathroom were chrome which were slippy once covered in condensation and once you had wet hands-making them very dangerous. No real ale in bar, but Guinness was excellent. No problems at all our visits have always been excellent. Restaurant service was a little below par, at least 3 menu items were unavailable & breakfast had obviously been 'kept warm'. As with all premier inns the complimentary tea coffee ect could do with being larger amounts. nothing. Bit of a trek from Reception area. Would have prepared tablets of soap rather than foam. no parent/child parking near hotel but plenty disabled parking!. Nothng we did notlike!. Bit traffic noisy due to motorway needed window open as very hot. Air conditioning would have been better. The attached pub was not a great evening meal just ok but wouildnt eat there again. Breakfast was good though. The traffic noise was a bit loud in our room. I thought the Table Table pub next door was very dated and poor selection. No complaints. Everything was good. slightly disappointed with the dinner.there seemed to be a shortage of items on our plates as opposed to what was stated on the menu. The beds were a bit hard!. noise from road room 61. Nothing. Checking in policy, would not accept the cc details I had booked with. Main booking person wasnt there on arrival. Nothing. I'd much prefer soap in the bathroom. I brought my own. Could have a Fridge in the room. Poor service at breakfast on Sat 29 June. Still no free WiFi. Noisy neighbours upstairs. motorway noise. Room was a bit snug for 4 Room didn't lock. Slow wi fi. The hotel is located next to Junction 42 of the M6, but there lacked clear signage for the exit needed from the Exit Round about to get there first time round. The pillows, they were either too thick or too thin, there was no way to be comfortable with any number and combination of them. The internet was also ridiculously slow so 30 mins free didn't really give you anything. My husband was next door but was cold and could not adjust temperature so he had to cover himself with what towels he could, to get warm. It was a very cold night but no extra blankets were provided. Lots of noise from room above. A shockingly poor breakfast that both took ages to arrive and was wrong. We did get a refund for our breakfast from the receptionist in the hotel but when we mentioned it was the wrong order to the waitress in the restaurant this wasn't offered. Have to say have stayed in 3 premier inns over the summer and will avoid at all costs going forward.
