  Very friendly staff, and the bathroom facilities were excellent - very clean and convenient, since the toilet and the shower were together. The 4-room female dorm I stayed in had ample space. This was very different and miles better than the backpackers place I stayed at in London. It's also quite easy to find - only about 5 to 10 min away from th... 别人怎么说 » e coach and rail station. And all this for only £17 per night! - The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is the most enjoyable continental breakfast I have ever seen in hostels, and there are free dinner nights. There is a living room where you can watch films and play video games. The locaton is excellent, just ten minutes walk to the castle.

  Really enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were very friendly and check-in was very easy. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Ideal Hotel for Cardiff Central Train & Bus station as only a very short walk with luggage. Rooms are well appointed with everything you need. TV with loads of channels, tea/coffee, iron, hair-dryer, alarm clock and phone. Bathrooms usually have bath with shower over but I have had a room with just the shower which is fine for me. Towels are really big and fluffy which earns brownie points from me. Bar area is comfy and bar staff lovely. Had lunch here which was very tasty altho a bit pricey for a sandwich I only used restaurant for breakfast

  We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system.
