I travel a lot on business but this time I took my girlfriend along. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. We had a wonderful stay at Nobleo. We phoned 30 minutes before arrival as instructed, as there is no reception and expected only to be able to park the car as it was too early for checkin. But our apartment was ready and we were able to checkin early. Someone was there when we arrived. The gentleman who checked us in was very polite and helpful. He gave us a map and pointed.
所有评语 » What's not to like! We got upgraded which was the first bonus :-)! The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in the perfect location. John who checked us in was very helpful and gave us some lovely recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. He even brought over a hairdryer for me when I realised I had forgotten mine at home. Overall the place was just perfect for us and I wish we could've stayed longer! Will definitely be back!. We needed somewhere to stay in Cambridge that would work for a family with two boys - 16 and 12. The apartment felt like a second home - wonderful kitchen and TV - two nice bathrooms - two nice bedrooms - closet space and easy to unpack and live in for a while - underground parking - location excellent to walk into Cambridge and enjoy the town - recommend very highly. An individually decorated apartment with beautiful furniture. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was right in the centre of town and had secure parking. Well stocked with appliances and lovely tea and coffee. We ordered a delicious thai take away online from Mai Thai. Would definately recommend or stay again for another special occasion. Price was excellent, considering that the place comes with a fully equipped kitchen (including the all-important potato masher and pie pan), and is just about the best location of any accommodations in Cambridge. I really liked the decor as well, although "less adventurous travelers" might not have the same appreciation to the bold colors in the room. Wonderful apartments in central location. Person who check us in was friendly and more than helpful. Apartment had 'classy' written all over it and was very much to our taste. Beautifully done with a good eye for detail. And although central, it was very quiet at night, we slept like babies in that beautiful bed. This is definitely one to recommend. We stayed for one night and didnt want to leave. My partner was very impressed with the art decor. We also got up graded when we arrived. Very nice very quiet lovely location and the bath was lovely so deep. Very relaxing and friendly. We can't wait to come back but for a weekend. The guy at Nobleo was very friendly - he explained everything to us and he pointed out directions on the map. He made a few recommendations as well! It was very comfortable, well-equipped and clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone else :-). Staff member, Hans, met us upon arrival and showed us apartment. Location was near 10-15 min walk from the Colleges we were visiting and 10 mins from down town and shopping. Lots of dining choices withing 10-15 mins. We would stay there again. The apartment was very central and of a high standard. It was a very relaxing and a better option than hotel accomodation. On the first evening we also received some fresh flowers for the vase in the apartment which was a lovely touch!. Very uniquely decorated and friendly. I required to upgrade my roon since my son was coming and they obliged. I needed some more stuff for the kitchen which was delivered. Very comfortable even for a week and well located. The design of the house (oriental mix with the western), luxury feel, warmth family comfortable, relaxation, the owner of the apt was so friendly and nice, no complaint at all, like to stay again. Studio apartment was bigger than I imagined, the decor and furniture was amazing. The shower room was nice also. Staff was pleasant I will definately come back again when I'm in Cambridge. good location with all modern conveniences. comforatble beds and crisp frsh linen. bedrooms led onto beautiful peaceful courtyard. Staff helpful and attentive. Very responsive staff, who were extremely helpful. Excellent accommodation. Good location. Fantastic online experience. The location, but that had nothing to do with the stay which was ruined by the lack of service and running hot water in the middle of winter!. They are only in Cambridge - it would be great if they were in other cities as I travel a lot and most places are mediocre and drab in comparison with Nobleo. Very hard to fault anything about the apartment or the location - one thing that would have been nice was a waste bin - we used a plastic bag to collect rubbish because we couldn't find a bin anywhere - maybe one in a bedroom and one in the kitchen would be helpful ?. Previous guest or cleaner had left wet smelly towels in washing machine. The cooker was very high tech and couldn't work the grill! If we had told the owner he would have helped us though, but didn't realise until late at night. Only 2 minor things: 1) it's a bit difficult to first get into the room, as there is no central Nobleo desk and we had to wait quite a bit before the man came from another complex of Nobleo rooms located elsewhere. 2) some burnt out bulbs (none were working in the bedroom). But these are minor compared to the positives of the place. Absolutely spotless. We loved it !!!. Only a few down sides where only one pillow each. Usually prefer a full service hotel, and this was an apartment. Not serviced daily, only weekly as re towels maid service etc. It did have a combination washer/dryer for towels that we used. Apartment had a peculiar smell that was off putting/unpleasant when you walked in. Water heater on timer and turned off late at night, once when we wanted showers - inconvenient. It would be nice if they provided shampoo and shower gel sachets at least for the first day. Nothing!!. The only thing I noticed was the door handle is the shower room was a bit loose. Other than that everything was delightful. Maybe one or two more wine glasses. Nothing else to not like!. Difficult to contact phone number shown as contact point. Finding location was difficult .. and i have worked in Cambridge for 20+ years!. Decor is very loud and garish, shower head was broke and therefore did not stay up so you showered bent down and the hand wash had been watered down which was a very cheap thing to do. decor and only 1 bathroom. Wall bed tends to make you roll into the middle of the bed! (Slight v-shape to it). We didn't expect a 'spacious studio flat with double bed' to have a folding bed in a cupboard even if reasonably comfortable, especially at this price. Check in was messy with having to arrange a time, late arrival and forgotten keys. Only one towel per guest may be enough if you are bald. And one very small roll of toilet paper, its just strange. Also, the kitchen needs more equipment. And why are there nowhere to put the coats and such, also strange. would have been better if there was some chilled drinks for our arrival and a welcome pack with local information ,Dusty under the bed and the top of the bathroom cabinet . For the not insubstantial money, it would have been nice to have some shampoo and shower gel/soap for the bathroom apart from the one bottle of hand wash. It would also have not been too much trouble to supply a selection of cereal, milk and orange juice for breakfast as many other apartment rentals do. Apartment was not really clean. lack of service, poor condition of electrical appliances, dirty surfaces in the harder to reach areas. The letsbookhotel.com form did not make sufficiently clear the necessity to ring ahead to allow staff to meet me at the apartment. It is essential to ring ahead, or you are in for a 20 minute wait. We have been waiting for people to give us the key for about half an hour... Everything not not clean. The pots have dirty water in them and all the cutlery as well. There was hair in the bath and dust everywhere. See my recent TripAdvisor Review on this Apartment service. No hot water again and again, over a 2 day stay no hot showers for myself, husband and son. Extremely rude co-owner shouting at me on the phone about the lack of hotwater situation. Never will go back nor recommend.
