I chose a serviced let for a change to staying in a hotel. The accommodation was comfortable and everything you needed was available. It was clean and spacious just as in the photos, I could cook a meal when I wanted and most important what I wanted. The sofa was modern and comfortable.The staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the sofa plus two armchairs had the optional legs rests, which were wonderfully comfortable at the end of the day. It was good to have free wi-fi too and secure, gated parking. The location was good for getting out of Bristol to visit other places, eg we went to Cardiff and Bath.
所有评语 » Had everything you needed, very clean and welcoming. Gated block of apartments so felt safe to leave the car. Very helpful in helping us with maps etc to find our way around. Very accommodating and stayed after check in times as we were going to be late. Would definitely stay again and recommend. The lady staff was very helpful . Amenities in the apartment were great. Comfortable, clean and quiet environment. Close to Bristol city. Considering location, accommodation was very quiet. Carla was very helpful when we got lost!!!. Place was spotless! Very easy to book, no problems, close to town, secure. All good!!. The apartment was excellent, clean, bed comfy even though a tad on the small side. Very good apartment with good facilities. There was nothing to like. It was certainly not luxury as described. To say it fitted to a high standard is a complete lie,. I should read the reviews before I book it :(. The only down side was the area, however as a woman travelling on her own, I did not want to venture out on a night and the security gates made me feel more secure. They couldn't have done any more to make my stay any better. Thank you. The fixtures and fittings were poor, electric sockets came away from the wall; the handrail up the small flight of stairs also came away from the wall; the sliding shower doors were broken and kept coming off the runners as did the shower head. The area was a bit run down and shabby and to call it East Clifton was not accurate, very misleading. Our apartment was on the main road, not behind gates so would've preferred inside gates. Bed was not very comfy and definitely a small double. Remote controls on tv could do with some attention. No nice bars nearby but town not far. Shower room was a tight fit. Location. The location, and sometimes the WIFI wasn't working properly. Location: It is close to the city center but specially at night I did not feel very safe walking by the neighbourhood. Noise from outside. The first night was fine the second night unfortunatley a minibus load of men turned up and were up all night shouting and buzzing the buzzer so we did not get any sleep also came home from shopping sat evening let myself in and by the time i put shopping down a man had followed me in before i had time to put lock on door thinking it was his flat so very dissapointed with weekend on whole as did not realise that big groups were allawed. The area where the apartments are is extremely poor with loud music, shouting and banging going on late into the evening and early morning during our stay. I Would not want my family to stay here, as we did not feel safe, and we were a group of men on business. Bed quality very poor. Coffee/Tea/Sugar very little. Not enough soap and no shampoo. Curtains does not cut out light. Location. The locality. Water flow through wash basin in the bath room was not working properly as the flow was blocked. I reached the apartment late night so was not able to complain to the staff as they were also gone. However, staff should check all facilities before so that travelers do not experience problems. - No hot water at one stage - Remore for gate didnt work so could not park car in designated space - Battled with TV for 60 minutes to get it to work. It was very noisy. No sound proofing at all. Very limited self catering facilities. The television hardly worked. Very limited. It was not as described. If you advertised as "luxury serviced apartments" then that is what it should be. It was not. My advice is do not stay there. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. The price was extortionate. 350 pounds for five sleepness nights?. Horrible area, very noise flat, look like the halls is made of paper, very bad quality of everything inside the flat, the tv has free view channels only, was a very bad experience. I really don't recommend this place to anyone. Sorry but far from a good hotel or "luxury service apartments".
