The hotel was clean and tidy and our room was light, airy and very spacious. The staff were very friendly. There was a excellent choice for breakfast, and the leisure facilities were great. Would highly recommend. My second time staying in this hotel in 5 months and when staff remember you from previous stays that is a good sign will stay there again.excellent value, safe on sight parking, great room with view, peaceful, super choice for breakfast and hands on management.

On the Saturday night, when the Deputy Head Chef was in charge, the roast lamb was outstanding.The manager was exceptional in sorting out the cock up by LetsBookHotel.com in not telling the hotel we had a child and baby and needed z bed and cot. The hotel decor was modern and comfortable. Our room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was excellent!. The staff were very helpful, the situation for Bournemouth and surrounding area good. Room of good size. Excellent breakfast selection and well sited for access to beaches and Bournemouth. arriving early and been able to check in to our room and get ready for wedding. A little disappointed that after booking a table at the restaurant afterreading the menu to be informed that a buffet was on offer which onexamination did not look up to a standard I would of expectedconsidering how lovely breakfast was. Card denoting channel choices on TV would be useful. The wireless internet facility was a little patchy - but still more than acceptable. Bar prices a little high. Dinner altho' excellent was expensive for pensioners. Could of had more choice of satelite channels on tv. Some facilities were not available in the leisure centre, jacuzzi out of action for duration of stay and sauna intermittently in use. Leisure centre could do with some renovation work to release its true potential, a little disappointing. Bathroom too hot!. Sealed units in window failed so that we could not see out. Shower not working properly. A little mildew in bathroom. Bed rather uncomfortable. Very disapointed not to have had internet access as be booked on the proviso that I needed it for my business 24 hours a day. We were put in the annexe where it was not available. Your staff could not offer us a room in the hotel. We would love to stay there again but after being called by my company at 3am to log on I had to leave the room and go to reception! That puts me off I am afraid.Uncomfartable bed. Bed was too hard. dining room cold in the am if you were early to breakfast. The 'hot' dinner plates were not hot as the warmer needed turning on a lot sooner, this made breafast cold quickley. The leisure facility was unavailable due to an upgeade and although another pool was available at another hotel I would have liked to have known this prior to my visit.broken bed but didnt log with recpetion. Room quite small. Only one very slow lift. room very small for 6 nights. Breakfast cold, 2nd morning went shortly after opening and still cold, otherwise all OK.Bathroom to small. room was behind lift, so had noise of lift going up and down alot, there was also a private party on with live band that was still going at midnight. The shower although good, was very low and not adjustable, so had to be a contortionist to get under it!!! We partly booked this hotel to use spa facilities, but they closed at 7pm and the pool looked very murky so we didn't use them afterall.slightly tatty pool room. Room a little cramped and only one small lift.
