I absolutely loved my stay here, the owner was friendly and welcoming, but not instrusive and I was upgraded from a single to a double. The room was modern, very clean and finished to a very high standard. I loved that there was tea/coffee and a kettle in the room. The bathroom was excellent, the bed and linens very good quality. I was blown away by the presentation of the breakfast though. I am vegetarian, and I always hate when hotels put the sliced cheese right on the same plate as the ham,.
所有评语 » I stayed 3 nights in a single room. The room and a dining room are beautiful. The mattress was very comfortable, bed linen clean. Location is very good, 4 minutes to the beach and 1 minute to one of the main streets with many shops and cafés. Fast Internet. Tomer is very friendly. He was asking the guests about the plans for the day or how they spent the previous day in Bournemouth, I liked that. All areas of the guest house are so clean and beautifully presented. The owner is very friendly and has good knowledge of places to go and eat in Bournemouth. Continental breakfast is very fresh and plenty available to eat. Would definitely return to stay at that guest house if we visit Bournemouth again. A very warm welcome by a great host. Very chatty and couldn't do anymore for you. We hadn't been to Bournemouth so we were told were to go and where everything was located so we could make the most of our stay. Would return and highly recommend!. The locations was brilliant! 5 minutes from town and 5 minutes from the beach! Breakfast was excellent, fresh from the oven croissants and bread rolls ready when we came down! Tomer was an excellent host and we will be going again!. The staff at Bamboo were brilliant. Mark was the nicest, most polite manager I've ever come across, so helpful too. Bamboo is a really cool hotel (with ace artwork everywhere) that's ideal location wise for central Bournemouth. Very friendly staff, very helpful. Bedrooms and breakfast room are lovely, maintenance and decor is superb. Attention to detail perfect. I liked continental style breakfast. Very very good, fully recommended. Hospitality of staff. everything. everything. The guesthouse was very clean and decor was to a very high standard. fresh bottled water and biscuits in the room every day. Also has hairdryer which isn't listed on the website. Very clean, well decorated, modern. looked clean and tidy. If I had to say anything, it would be the parking arrangements. The public car park is super close, but costs could add up on a longer stay. Maybe other people are luckier with finding free on street parking. Only tiny suggestion is that I would love to see Earl Grey tea available in the room next time. The single room does not have an en suite bathroom, but a private bathroom down the corridor. It is not clear enough on the website. When I booked the room I was sure it has an en suite bathroom. Because of the bathroom I do not think that it is a good value for money. There wasn't anything we didn't like. Going home. The space was a bit limited however you can't have everything so I was more then pleased with the facilities I was provided with. Only other thing is that you do not have control over the heating. Nothing. Room was very small. View is not so nice, street on one side, parking lot on the other. Nothing. Outside noise at night. Nothing. We're used to sleeping on 14 inch-deep mattresses. we missed that on our trip to the UK. Not just here, but every other hotel. Small point. Car park across the road quite noisy late into the night. my husband would have enjoyed a cooked breakfast. the continental breakfast was lovely but not to everyones taste. The bedroom a little too small. the size of the room -. Breakfast. Lack of cooked breakfast. nothing. not much. nothing. Nothing. The single bedroom does not have en suite, the bathroom is down the hall. the window has no double glazing so if you are a light sleeper you won't get much sleep as the road is fairly noisy. But nice place to stay if you are a sound sleeper. Walking to separate bathroom at night, and some hot food at breakfast just a bit of bacon and egg nothing complicated. Room was so small you couldn't even walk... It was only place for bed...during our two night stay the room bins were not emptied and there were no toilet roll replenishing. On the second morning there were no pastries available for breakfast, or a full range of fresh fruit as there was the previous morning.
