The staff were a friendly couple of men but lacked a little on personal appearance, they refuse stag/hen parties so you can be sure of a safe family b&b. the location is within 1 min of funny girls, 4 min to see front, 10 min to tower. They went all out to make us feel welcome n put a mini disco on for the 5 people in that night. Very pleasant worth the price but don't pay cheapest price and expect the ritz as rooms are basic but clean!.

All in all, great value, superb location and everything I wanted and needed for my mini break!. What a great wee hotel! Really enjoyed our stay at the peerless, clean comfortable rooms and a hearty breakfast every morning! Definitely will return here next time we come to blackpool!. extremely friendly hosts and we turned up early and were let in the room before time. great chose for breakfast and nice size room. would stay there again and recommend it to others. Staff were great, very friendly will defiantly stay again, can't understand why people leave bad reviews on this hotel, what do they expect. Great value for money!. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the owners were friendly and welcoming. Had a great break and will definitely book the same hotel when we go again. Beds was clean am comfy. The location was good. The food is cooked on a budget too but was edible n included in the price so can't really complain for £17.50 per person. Could do with a lift. N/a. for the time I was there nothing. Only thing I can falt is lack of parking but as this is not the hotels falt but councils I would say that there's not much I can fault. Room needed refurb. BUT TO BE FAIR THIS WAS IN PROGRESS WHILE ON OUR STAY, IN OTHER ROOMS. WOULD LIKE TO SEE END PRODUCT AFTER HOTEL REFURB. a little noisy in that particular area at night - but grandchild slept through!!!!. Room wasn't very good and shower was very mouldy and breakfast was over cooked !!!!!. room far to small for 4 glad we didnt take 5 ...........very poor cleaning of room... Tv/DVD did not work there was a dog roaming and left mess which another family trod on during breakfast. The owners were quite rude we had to ask for towels the bedroom floor was dirty the room was tiny it was a half hour window for breakfast the place was dark the bar was expensive.
