The location of the apartments were brilliant, right in the City centre (5-10min walking). The apartment was clean and very spacious for the 4 of us. We had two double bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen had cookware and dishes. The living room was spacious. The staff was helpful getting us situated and we had wifi connection. Secure garage included in the price. Also helpful that we had two sets of keys for both couples. We would stay again. We booked restaurant is advance, and it was walking .
所有评语 » The location of the apartments were brilliant, right in the City centre. Although they were in the centre the apartments were very quiet at night. Facilities were excellent and would have accommodated us for a longer period of time. The lady who showed us round the apartment and buildings was extremely helpful and patient. Key fob was very easy to use and it was comforting to know that no-one could get in without one. Also helpful that we had two sets of keys for both couples. We would stay aga. Great apartment with everything you need, in a central area, 5 mins walk to the centre of Belfast. So very quiet on a night too which was great for a city centre. Patricia {manager/caretaker}really helpful and professional. Would advise to ring to let her know your approx arrival time as not 24 hr reception.Welcome pack of tea coffee AND wine much appreciated. Apartments were close to city centre. They were very comfortable and clean. View was also really good. Was good to be able to park your car safely overnight. We were shown around our apartment and explained how to work heating etc. People in the building were also friendly. Would definitely go back and stay here again. The apartment was clean and very spacious for a family of 5. We had two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen had cookware and dishes. There was even a washing machine. The staff was helpful getting us situated with additional towel and wifi connection. It is walking distance to city center and the university. The first thing l liked was well trained friendly staff who put you at easy going moods and very helpfull.The apartment was sportless and everything in the apartment was workingm.Very warm apatmentm.l will be back and back again.lt was my first time to visit Derry but now wont be the last. I loved the beds.. they are the comfortablest beds ive ever slept in. We didnt want to leave....i love the fact that you have a balcany and can go out and look at the lovely view and a smoke! ;-) It's also very central and within walking distances to local pubs and transport. The apartment are city centre and underground parking is a big plus. We found our stay very easy arranged and check in was simple and quick, thanks to Leah Deffo will be staying again much better than have 2 hotel rooms.....will be recommending to friends and family. location was great. walking to belfast city centre was less than 15 minutes. and some lovely pubs anda supermarket just around the corner. breakfast food supplied was a pleasant surprise. Incredible location! Secure garage included in the price. Very spacious and comfy with a washing machine and everything included. Could walk everywhere from the location. Pauline was really friendly & flexible for check in. Apartment well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, with parking onsite. Large, very clean appartments, nice modern design. Milk \ butter \ coffee left for us to use which was nice. Good location close to city centre. Supermarket and restaurants were within 5-10 minutes. 5 minute walk to the bus station was a bonus. Beautiful Apartment, clean and comfortable. We felt safe and secure and the availability of a secure carpark was a bonus!. Central Location, modern well-equipped flat that is quiet, comfortable and has nice views out to Black Mountains. Location gave very convenient access to the city as well as enabling easy access to exit roads for country trips. he whole experiance was excellen fom start to finish. I understand this because it is an apartment and not a hotel. However, it is just hard to judge when you are traveling from far away exactly when you will arrive. But all worked out ok. We would frying pan, and the oven you cant see the temperature or which function you are using, if you are planning to cook some food at the apartment. We had travelled with another married couple and unfortunately the second bedroom (with en-suite) had two single beds. We were under the impression (from pictures shown) that both rooms had double beds. Check out time was 11.00am, we were running a little late and were surprised to receive a phone call just before we left at 11.10am to see if we had vacated the apartment. We felt this was a little premature. Even at a hotel you receive a little bit of grace!. I didn't like having to pre arrange the arrival time 24 hours ahead of time. I understand this because it is an apartment and not a hotel. However, it is just hard to judge when you are traveling from far away exactly when you will arrive. But all worked out ok. L liked everything. Check-out at 11am... Maybe offer a late checkout so guests can have a lazy duvet morning before they leave. None. nothing. couldnt be happier with this. Wifi didn't seem to be working - and also, it was not air conditioned, so in the recent heat wave, it was quite warm, but that wasn't really their fault. Floors a bit creeky - woke me up when others went to bathroom in middle of the night. Nothing. Nothing. Instructions for washing machine would be good as staff member wasn't helpful. another person in the appartments placing music to 4am in the morning. Can't find fault. The bedroom heater was not working. check in restricions. Bed wasn't very comfortable, some pots were not clean, heater in the sleeping room was hard to control (either too hot or too cold). Lack of reception or waiting area while waiting to get keys. We had to wait outside in the rain awaiting staff arrival. There was certainly a feeling of isolation as it was not staffed at all. Extremely difficult place to find. I wasn't there long enough!. Nothing. Check out is just a bit early. Nothing. would have liked a teapot, frying pan and a hoover. There was no hairdryer. Apartment was meant for 5 adults however, the bedrooms were very small especially the one that slept 3. We had to keep our suitcases in the hallway. Living room was small for 5 people. Location a bit intimidating in the run up to marching season,bonfire being built in the car park below!. There was no shower fitting in the bath and only hand held apparatus. Some items damaged or in disrepair. Small double bed, apartment in need of some TLC. These are not serviced apartments, advert a bit misleading. broken toilet seat in main bathroom and in the twin bedroom a false nail was found in one bed and a false eyelash in the other bed.
