The owner Gerald was so friendly and made us feel right at home. He told us loads about the area and recommended a lovely restaurant. He also had a car space kept for us right at the front of the apartment. The location of the apartment is brilliant. 20 minute walk into the city centre or a £5 taxi ride. Also it is very close to a few pubs if you don't fancy going straight into the city which we did because we were up quite late on the Friday night. I would have no reservations in recommend.
所有评语 » Brilliant and personal service. Nothing was too much trouble. We had an excellent stay for the weekend, clean, easy, very affordable and great to have somewhere to eat drink and relax in our own space. Cheap taxi into town. Would stay again without a second thought. The place is top notch. It was very clean and well maintained. Some kids rented an adjacent apartment and threw a huge party but the staff took immediate action as soon as they found out (serviced apartment...staff doesn't stay on site) and kicked the partiers out. Great location and apartment owner was friendly and accommodating. Apartment was very nice and comfortable, also very clean. Handy for buses into the city centre but some nice pubs and good amenities near the apartment too. Great place to stay for our weekend getaway! Group of friends went for my 21st Birthday and couldn't have had a better time! Apartment was fab, perfect location and landlord was so kind and helpful! Would highly recommend. Fantastic apartment and location. On a quiet leafy street within 5 mins walk of shops, restaurants, King's Hall and the Botanic Gardens. Really clean and stylish apartment in a safe building and absolutely lovely owners. The friendly owner who couldn't do enough for you. He made us very welcome and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our trip. Very comfortable apt. with everything you could need ready for your use. Close to everything shops off licence resteraunts pubs hotels. Good for a fanily or group of friends wud recommend it good value for money as well :-) very pleased!. Very friendly house keeper who does everything in his possibilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Would definitely return!!. Staff, apartment was beautiful, really well looked after, give such freedom when staying in the apartment can come and go as you please. Everything! Location was brilliant, owner was friendly, it was very reasonably priced and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was very nice and had all the facilities you need bar washing machine. Great value for money and about a 20 min walk to town. Spacious apartment with great self contained facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Felt like you were in your own apartment. We liked the location of this apartment. It is close to the college and many restaurants and pubs. It was spacious and clean. Close proximity to attractions, and eaterys. Given my daughter and I used public transport and walked most of the time. Everything was great, would definitely recommend to others going to Belfast. close to city amenities, quiet area near botannic gardens and university. Location was good, close to city centre. The value for money is good. Grear location and wonderful owner. Nothing was too much trouble. they were great apartments to stay in and the kids loved it:). Very modern big apartment central had all the facilities that you would need walking distence to city center. Would stay again. nice to have a whole apartment compared to a hotel bedroom. Owner was very pleasant. we like the the situation and sorroundings ner apartment.staff is good. Owner very accommodating when we turned up early. The fact that I couldn't stay longer. Towels need to be replaced. Only things wrong was the docking station didn't work and we couldn't get the wifi to work either. We didn't bother reporting this to the owner though so he had no chance to fix it. Might want to look at these for future though. Having to come home. Nothing it was excellent. There was only one bathroom for the five of us. It was not stocked very well. We did not have enough towels and there were no toiletries, soap, etc. The management was not on site, so we were unable to request these items. Also, payment was a bit of a problem as they have a new credit card system which did not work, so we had to walk to the bank (not very far) to get cash to pay for our night's stay. This is my second stay here but this time my room smelt quite bad :/. Noise from other guests arriving home at 2am. Nothing, slept well..very satisfied. No complaints. Could do with a freshen up but I wouldn't let that put u off. Had no towels which wasn't something that we where advised off. On street parking free also. towel supply was very bad, only one bath towel each and no hand towels for a two night stay. on check out day house keeping staff knocked and immediately let herself in which is wrong. microwave was broke, oven door also broke. The mattresses were very poor quality. Almost half the lights were not working (bulbs gone?). Some people would have difficulty with the three flights of stairs and no lift. no dishwasher, not clean carpet very dirty loads of broken furniture, broken oven bad smell not 4 star apartment looks old. Kitchen was not very well equipped. Fine for weekend but wouldn't have liked to stay for a week. Felt that apartment could have been a bit cleaner. There is no allocated parking, busy area its almost impossible to find a space. The apartment on first entering appeared dark and uninviting. The bathroom had a raw sewage smell, the oven door was damaged the cupboard fascias where loose, free wi fi did not work, the apartment needs repairs completed and gittings updated. Not as nice as we hsd expected. when we entered in apartment ,it was not cleaned. lack of dustbin.bathroom is less spacious and in night when we entered in apartment there was no current . we called the owner than he came and checked.but there was no arrangement of matchbox and candle. There is no dining table to eat, and probably not space for one either. For a self catering apartment that is pretty important (there were 4 of us inc. 2 young children) The combi boiler broke down on first day no hot water - to their credit had been fixed very same day however. Advertised for 6 people, but I think 4 is the maximum for the space available Looking shabby.
