  My husband and I just had a wonderful couple of nights at Oldfields. What made it so special was how friendly the staff are - making us tea/biscuits on arrival and when we got back from a long day out the following afternoon, and giving us helpful info on Bath (where to go, where to eat out etc.). The hotel is well located (short walk from town... 别人怎么说 » centre, ideal if you want a really great Indian meal at the nearby Mint Room restaurant) and the rooms lovely. We had a deluxe four poster and it was - We received a wonderful warm welcome from the proprietors,even though we arrived before usual check in. Time. We were given lovely tray of tea & bikkies in their gorgeous regency communal lounge while the attractions of Bath were explained to us. Even though we had chosen the less expensive loft room, the decorations were lovely & it was very comfortable, with a/con(which was very necessary because of the afternoon sun), which made the room very comfortable. Bus i - From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort.   Arrived at hotel before checking in time and room was ready for us. Room was very cosy and warm considering it was a very cold day in January. Bed was comfortable room was spotless clean and en-suite was exceptionally clean. Well positioned to go into Bath, breakfast good very enjoyable stay. Parking was easy. Free speedy internet access. I stay away from home on business at least twice a month and this has been the best place I have stayed in, and I have stayed in all different star rated hotels and BandB's.

  住房，服务，早餐 - We had a huge room - loved the canopy bed. The beds were really comfortable. The staff were really friendly. The mint on the pillow was a really nice touch! - The four poster bed and size of the room made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.

  Everything! We stayed for one night and were pleased for the whole experience. It was a lovely Georgian House situated on top of a hill overlooking the countryside. It has been kept in an excellent condition along with some modern fittings, such as a lush en-suite for the master bedroom (recommended).
