The room was very clean and comfortable, as was the bed. Nice powerful shower, not too much noise outside, very pleasant. Staff very nice, professional, friendly. the freindliness of the staff, a very helpful manager, the cleanliness of the hotel and surrounding areas and the ease to get in and out of town. Very clean, comfortable and looked great. Child friendly also as there were a few kids staying at the time i had my son with me.

Ease of moving to concert in Exhibition Centre. Hotel very clean and comfortable. that it was very clean. Relaxed atmosphere. I dont think it is fair that i have to pay £99 for a thur and then £49 for a friday, just because of oil workers, thats not my fault, i was visiting family with my small child and husband!! I think it is a disgrace. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. Was a very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Was a very enjoyable stay.The size of the room and bathroom, the availability of tea and coffee in the room, the very friendly bar staff. New hotel therefore everything exceptionally clean and fresh. The staff was nice, very cosy bed. Decent hotel. The staff were extremley pleasent. clean and in good condition. Clean room. nice clean room with good facilities would use again. Location of hotel next to aecc.Location and price. Small room No PC upgrade like I get in the USA. Clean tidy and good staff . close to exhibition centre. cleanlines. Heating and air conditioning a bit noisy and difficult to control. The temperature display on the control pad seemed to bear very little resemblance to how the room actually felt in terms of warmth. Also, I realise that showers are more economical, but I really appreciate a bath after a long day's working/travelling (rooms have showers only)!. firealarm going off at 7 am haha(not your fault toast got burnt). no dislikes, but we found the lifts were a bit awkward to use, especially getting from the rooms to the -1 level....unless we were doing something obviously wrong..The food was terrible. The air conditioning was very noisy, otherwise the hotel was great.More fruit choice and cold meats with the continental breakfast would be good. Expensive room rates. the famiely rooms are to small. Card operated lifts. Breakfast without boiled eggs :) Actually, there are more good things to say about the hotel, than bad!. Pillows to thick. no cheap for what you get, typical Aberdeen weekly cost. no Restuarant. Walk to holiday inn for evening meal(twice) poor communication at front desk re bill charging voucher system. Noisy heating. Family room was a bit small for older children. No drawers to put clothes in. All on show. Also the room door lock cards did not work and had to make regular trips back to reception to change them. Having to go next door for food.It stated that I had booked a double room with double bed and that it was smoking. It turned out to be 2 single beds and non smoking. Having driven 450 miles that day I did not appreciated the fire alarm going off twice and us having to evacuate the building when there was obviously no fire. Being disturbed at 11.30pm and 4am with no appology or explanations I felt was very poor and I will be complaining to Holiday Inn Express directly.
