  Few of the staff did speak basic English. Room had ac but does not go lower than 22c. very great shower inside of a clean bathroom.   One of the best deals I have come across in all my years traveling across Turkey. Not only in terms of price, but the customer service. Hotel is owner-managed & they go to great lengths to help me with information, transport etc. Language was not a barrier as they have Google Translate on all the time. I ended up staying twice as long as planned, making this my staging point to explore Hasankeyf, Mardin, Batman, Mor Gabriel etc. The otogar is - Clean rooms and bathroom. Good breakfast. Helpful staff (they even called for bus or dolmus to stop at hotel to pick me up at departure). Nice view of mosque from window of my room where I could listen to the call to prayer. Made a nice sidetrip from Midyat to seldom visited village of Gulgoze.

  the staff were excellent, especially Saffa behind the desk, we arrived at midnight organized a hot drink for us whilst we booked in.room was spacious and clean, the choice for breakfast suited all tastes. i would definately book this hotel if we need to stay in Gaziantep - Staff were friendly and helpful.
