  The staff were very friendly. Muhammed and , the manager did everything to make our stay very pleasant. We could not find the hotel and called then to get directions. The manager took it upon himself to ask us to stay where we are and he came by foot to fetch us and take us to the hotel. The location is amazing, just in taksim square, near the Marmara hotel (one minute walk) and really near to istiklal street (1 min walk), a really entertaining place. Istanbul is a wonderful city, I would like to recommend this hotel to everybody. + all the taxis are just outside the hotel and in the rooms, the windows are well made, we don't hear the noise from outside.
