Luxury doesn't begin to describe it. We were greeted with a reception drink (non-alcoholic fruit drink of some kind) and the staff was professional and courteous beyond belief. Because we let them know it was our honeymoon, and it happened to be off-season, they upgraded us to the top-floor corner room for the price of the standard double. They also sent up a complimentary fruit basket and bottle of local wine. There were breathe-taking views of the bay, the lovely pool and Kusadasi. This hotel.
所有评语 » I liked almost everything in this nice hotel! The staff is very good, specially one young lady who was very polite and kind with us, she works at the reception and her name is Burchin hanum! I wish everyone would be so professional as she is!!. Beautifully finished hotel in all the public areas. The rooms were very comfortable each with a sea-view balcony. A wide selection of complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The staff was helpful. The pool deck and lobby areas offered great views of the sea. The breakfast buffet was fresh and offered an appetizing and nutritious variety of foods. being by the water, being able to swim, the cleanliness of the rooms and the ocean view rooms!. The location by the beach is great. The views from hotel rooms are amazing. Great Location. Very good facilities. Great welcoming staff. Car parking. Excellent location and facillities. Clean rooms, nice location. Location is the best in Kusadasi. Our room view (Wing b, Room 2809) was excellent. Never been better. We had a half-board and both breakfast and dinner was great and match to our taste. Good resaturant and bars were within a very short walking distance of the hotel. Helpful staff specially Ms. Zeynep. Thank you Charisma Hotel. I like the location and the cleansess of the place. Location was good. View was great. Breakfast buffet and Spa facility was decent. Distance from the city center and nightlife is a bit far (probably farther than you'd want to walk at night in winter, but not terrible in the summer). However, the #1 Dolmus gets you there in about 10 minutes and the taxi ride is just about 12 Lira. So, really not terrible at all. Oddly, the hotel will charge you their price for food or drink brought into the room from outside. The prices are reasonable for a hotel, however, so we did not have a problem with this. Poooooooor internet!!!!! In the lobby it's ok, but in the room or on the beach its some torture!!!. Phone in the bedroom was a bit dodgy - connection kept breaking down - but the complete unit was investigated and replaced as soon as I reported it. Having to access the fitness center and hamam through the Spa made them more of a challenge and less interesting to use since you had to go past Spa staff trying to market their services. While this is understandable, it would have been nice to be able to simply access these facilities. Additionally, for a hotel of this size and caliber, the fitness equipment was very limited and out of date. They need to improve the boardwalk. I fell and hurt my knee. They just need to better mark the different levels/steps. Also I wish the life guard would be in his "booth" permanently. Wifi service was extremely poor, I was disconnected every five minutes or do. The tooms offer only tow towels per person. The food was not great at the moonlight restaurant. Housekeeping was very bad- we had to phone everyday to have our room cleaned - after 4pm! Rooms are not cleaned properly - only tidied up. No vacuuming etc. Nothing. Room facilities were not match to a 5 star hotel and 3 bad things: 1- Guests are not allowed to bring any food and drink to their room. 2- Although dinner was great, there were no water available and you have to buy bottle of water for 5 tl. It's a mistake. They set out a great dinner but do not provide free water!!! 3- Indoor sweeming pool was realy tiny. Although I mentioned these, but in case of comming to Kusadasi again, I will choose Charisma hotel for sure. I didn't like the service so poor the waiters don't offer any help and they didn't talk to us at all. Dingy carpet, consturction noice was horrible, tiny gym, staff was not very responsive. I would not recommend this hotel.
