  This is one of the best hotels i have stayed at. Arrived very early and the staff allowed early checkin. The reception staff was very very helpful and attentive. The room was spotless, one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed at. Like all hotels the mini bar and room service was alittle expensive but overall it was a great stay. I would like to thank all the staff for being so helpful and going out of their way to make my stay a very comfor - the location is marbelous! Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately

  This is a new hotel and as such is still in really good condition. I was really impressed with the room and as stated on their own website and by previous reviews it is just like a home from home.   We arrived to the hotel 2 hours earlier than estimated check-in time, we were offered to sit in a cosy hall and have a drink, 15 minutes later we got into the room, so we didn't have to wait. Our room was big enough, clean and comfortable, bathroom and room itself were absolutely new decorated. Staff was friendly - they returned cash back when we cancelled the third day due to change of plans and also packed an awesome breakfast due to our early departure.
