It is the second time we are in this hotel.And believe me we felt we are at home.Hospitality and good hearted people , and the quality of the management people , plus reception crew ,it is something we met 1st time.Rooms are big and modern.Every day cleaning and 1st time in a hotel that they 'forced' us to clean our room because this is the policy.when we said its not needed they gave us all we need to have total Clean room.breakfast was much better than last year .Hotel spot is in the ideal .
所有评语 » we stay in Tanik 2 nights. The first night we didn't get the room with balcony as our reservation. While they helped us to change to another bigger room with balcony immediately the next morning even when we're away and not asking for change again. Which is beyond our expectation. The bus transit stop and Havas stop to airportis are among walking distance . I spent at this hotel 8 nights, it was my third time in Tanik.Hotel has a great location, near Basmane train station, not far away from Kemeralti bazar and Konak.My room was big enough, cleaned every day.Breakfast simple but fine. The staff very helpful. I recommend Tanik hotel. Great location - walking distance to/from railway station and 30 minutes by taxi from the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful, even arranged breakfast for us at 6:00 am (normally 7:30 am) prior to our departure for the airport. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean. the stuff are friendly and helpful, specially one lady in the reception working evening time, she is very kind and answering all your concern and helping us for planing the trip with big smile, furniture are clean and nice, manager is nice as well. Hotel is located in center of Izmir so it was very easy to reach local attractions. Cleaners were doing their job very nicely. Staff were very friendly specially receptionist Kaya helped us a lot with any queries and problems we had. The staff was sweet and helpful and the central location was excellent, close to lots of sights, shops, and transportation hubs. The room was clean and fresh though small. Wonderful place ,very polite & helpful personal,clean & large room ,easy to find, you can take the bus from airport and hotel only for 10 tl.everybody is so friendly. Last minute reservation, the staff is helpful & honest. (Did not charge the 5 tl difference from standard rate because of letsbookhotel.com) rooms. We stayed here for 3 days. The bed was really comfortable. The room was a good size. Breakfast was okay.would definetly stay again. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the railway station. The location was perfect. Good breakfast, and quiet room. Rooms were nice. Good downtown location. Nice hotel, clean, comfortable. location. The hotel is centrally located and looked like it was recently renovated, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. Friendly helpfull staff breakfast needs work. Location is awesome!. It's right beside a big street and not quite a leisure place. Basic rooms but more than met our needs. the shower space is very tide and small. First shown to us had smell of cigarettes that we told receptionist Kaya and he straight away moved us to clean room. Also a kettle in room would been nice to make tea, we just went out and bought a kettle for couple of lira our own. One of the staff gave wrong directions to a place where we had an important meeting one morning. Luckily the Turkish people are so helpful that we were able to find our rendezvous spot in time. ... In the room, I would have liked a chair, though there was a stool to sit on. And the shower stall was very narrow -- fine for me, but large people might have a problem. only one time was there not hot water..only lukewarm. more satellite t.v. channels in English. Ameneties could be a little better. I had to complain about the bathroom having lukewarm water instead of hot water..the issue was resolved in one day.. The wifi network some time dropped. Only turkisch style breakfast, off course we were in Turkey, that I understand but I personal would prefer a more continetal breakfast. Breakfast could have been a lot better. The shower basin leaked, making the floor very slippery. Plumbing fixtures were cheap and broke easily. Our group broke three in one night. Would have been perfect had the air conditionning not stopped working in the middle of the night. Would have liked kettle in room to make hot drinks. There was free internet wifi access, but it dropped frequently to the point that it wasn't really useable. Breakfast. Maybe the staff should improve the communication in english!.
