The host was very nice, the location was very close to Taksim square, probably 5-10 min walk. The room was fully equipped and free Wi-fi was a plus. If you're traveling with your friends and budget is an issue, this place is for you!

location is vey good. there is a 24 hours resturant in front of apart. manager was very kind and he answered our question any time.
Close to taksim square, clean.
The owner lives in downstair. His attitude is rather easy-going and "try-not-to-bother-me". But he does provide all necessary information, and very willing to tell you everything you need to know.
The location is good once you find it. Very accessible to key places of new town.
If you are travelling with family or a group people, especially for long stay, it is a nice choice since they provide all facilities for cooking and washing.
The owner of the apartment was very friendly.
cleaning was a little poor.
one pull out bed was broken, shower flooded, close to taksim square but it bad part of town.
As an individual traveller (and used to hotel more than apartment), sometimes I feel there is no so-called service. For instance, I did not see anyone change/ clean my room and change my towels.
The cover of bed doesn't smell good.
Be careful not to come/ go from Tarlabsi Bl. after dark. There are lots of prostituts.
BTW, very hard to find the place in beginning, and there is no sign-board either. It is just under the pathway of Tarlabsi Bl.
Location in a very dirty and popular place
No elevator in the building.
